Comprehensive Reading Evaluation

 As educators, reading interventionists, and advocates, we recognize the importance of an independent and unbiased assessment to understand your child's true reading abilities. 

Unlike typical classroom assessments or standardized child study team evaluations, our approach is personalized and holistic. We thoroughly analyze your child's current reading level, strengths, and weaknesses based on your child's unique profile to provide a comprehensive understanding of their reading and writing skills. 

Our evaluation goes beyond surface-level scores, offering insights for further exploration and evidence-based interventions tailored to address specific challenges. We believe that difficulties in reading are multifaceted, and uncovering the root cause is crucial for your child's success. While districts only need to "consider" outside evaluations, this report will provide parents data and direction. 

1. Fill out and submit the Reading Evaluation Intake at least 72 hours prior to your desired evaluation time.

2. Select the "Contact Us" button to schedule your child's Comprehensive Reading Evaluation.  

3. Anticipate at least 2 hours to complete the evaluation.

4. Within 10-14 days you will be emailed a personalized, actionable "Holistic Roadmap to Success" offering tailored guidance on how to communicate with the school your concerns and your child's challenges grounded in IDEA and ADA law, offering evidence based strategies and resources to pursue, including the next steps you should take to advocate for your child's needs.

4. Once you have received the "Road Map" then you can schedule a 30 minute follow-up consultation to ask any questions about the proposed plan that you may have.

5. This ensures that your child receives comprehensive educational support tailored to their holistic needs.
